  • Property research and documentation
  • Determine permit requirements

Schematic Design

  • Preliminary drawings based on scope, budget and schedule
  • Select Contractor
  • Review with client

Design Development

  • More extensive drawings based on Schematic Design direction
  • Preliminary construction estimate by Contractor
  • Review with client

Construction Documents

  • Execute drawings necessary to secure building permit
  • Formal construction estimate by Contractor
  • Review with client

Permit Submittal

Respond to Building Department comments

Permit Issuance

Construction Administration

  • Verify construction executed in accordance with drawings and specifications
  • Support role to Contractor
