Centerwood Apartments
King County, Washington

This project is located in unincorporated King County just south of the White Center's commercial core. Built on nearly an acre of land this development is comprised of three buildings. Each building is three-stories in height and has twelve apartments for a total of thirty-six apartments. Each apartment is just over 800 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartments occupy the corner of the buildings allowing natural light in from both sides. There are also two play areas located between the buildings. In between building one and two is a large climbing structure for kids. In between building two and three is a tot lot and a climbing structure for smaller kids.
