Nine live/work units are planned for the corner site. Five units front directly onto East Cherry Street and four units face 26th Avenue East. Each live/work unit is three-stories in height. The first floor comprise the "work" portion of the units with floor to ceiling glazing. Parking is accessed from the alley. The second and third floors house the "live" portion of the units with the kitchen, dining, and living room on the second floor along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the third floor. The aesthetic is utilitarian in nature with exposed fasteners and structure. The finish materials are left to stand on their own merits with minimal ornamentation. There are also 3 dedicated residential townhouses located off the alley behind the live/work units.
