This proposed project sits on a property where currently two single-family residence stand. These two structures have been used for numerous years by a local motorcycle club as their center of operations. The proposed development is a three-story building with 28 dwelling units. The unit mix is varied, ranging from studio apartments at only 380 sq. ft. to three-bedroom units at over 1,000 sq. ft.

Over 2,500 square feet of land has been set aside on the property for dedicated recreation space for the tenants. This recreation space includes a climbing structure for kids and picnic tables for families to enjoy. There is also an exercise room in the building itself for the tenants.
